Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and experienced Data Scientist to take end-to-end ownership of high-impact problems in supply chain, sales and marketing analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across operations, product, and strategy to deliver intelligent decision-making systems that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and solve complex supply chain problems using statistical modelling, machine learning, and optimization algorithms.
• Design and implement demand forecasting models, churn prediction models, vehicle planning, dynamic pricing models etc.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deploy data products into production workflows.
• Establish a robust A/B testing framework to measure model impact on business outcomes.
• Create tools, dashboards, and monitoring pipelines to track data quality, model drift, and performance.
• Translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations and communicate clearly with stakeholders across levels.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in applied data science roles, with exposure to demand forecasting, logistics, or supply chain domains preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with deep knowledge of statistics, time series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, XGBoost, LSTM), and optimization techniques (LP, MILP).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and working knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI, or similar cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, OR-Tools, PuLP, Pyomo, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities—you can simplify technical details for non-technical audiences.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
• Prior experience in recommendation systems, classification, and regression modeling is a plus.
