Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Data Scientist at Beige Bananas. The Senior Data

Scientist will be responsible for tasks such as data science, statistics, data analytics, data

visualization, and data analysis to build hyper-custom AI products.

3-7 years hands on experience in data science, building machine learning models , from data

analysis to final model deployment.

Qualifications

• Data Science and Data Analytics skills
• Proficiency in Statistics
• Data Visualization and Data Analysis abilities
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and Spark
• Experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI Framework
• Experience in deploying models on AWS ecosystem or Databricks Environment

• Machine Learning: Supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, time series
  
  
  

forecasting, NLP, computer vision

• Generative AI: Large Language Models, RAG systems, vector databases, embedding

• Cloud Platforms: AWS ecosystem (SageMaker, Glue, Athena, Redshift), Databricks
  
  
  

(MLflow, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake)

• Programming: Python, SQL
• Databases: Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) and NoSQL

Industry & Domain Knowledge:

• Experience working with Retail, CPG, or Media industry data and use cases
