About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 7-12 years of experience to join our team in Mangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in DevOps practices, infrastructure management, automation, and CI/CD. This role is crucial in driving deployment efficiency, system reliability, and cloud-based solutions for our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Work with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for continuous integration and deployment.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server environments.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and team collaboration.
• Investigate logs manually to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and enhance environment monitoring using tools like Azure Application Insights.
• Ensure Application Performance Monitoring (APM) for system stability and performance.
• Drive an automation-first mindset to improve infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of programming, preferably C# and Angular.
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
