Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery across various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud provider-specific services
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
• Configure and maintain continuous integration tools like Jenkins and deployment orchestration tools like Harness
• Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and clients to understand requirements and define infrastructure strategies
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Stay updated on the latest DevOps trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills and Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCA, B.Tech, MCA) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role
• Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
• In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services
• Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
• Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins) and deployment orchestration tools (Harness)
• Knowledge of Git version control
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for automation and continuous improvement

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies
• Experience with security best practices for cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Observability tools and solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
