Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in understanding, coding, and delivering user stories to meet project objectives.
- Collaborate within a Scrum framework in an Agile development environment to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software solutions.
- Implement DevOps practices to optimize the software development lifecycle and improve team productivity.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for user stories to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to understand feature requirements and provide technical insights for implementation, and Task Prioritization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development culture.
- Contribute to technical designs and provide input for the implementation of features to meet project requirements.
- Contribute toward high-quality code reviews.
- Design high-quality Architecture systems.
- POCs/Demos on product enablement based on the Industry's Technical trends.
- Analyze client issues, identify root causes, and provide technical recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality features on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8-12 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web-based applications.
- Extensive expertise in Design Patterns, C#, MVC, ASP.Net, Web API, SQL Server, Angular, Ionic, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Proven experience working within Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- Ability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solution
