Senior Front End Developer

Overview

Purpose of the Job (Main Objective):

To design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using React.js and associated modern front-end technologies. The role also includes integration with back-end APIs, working with cloud infrastructure, and contributing to overall architecture and delivery pipelines, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Deliverables / Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.

• Build reusable components, scalable UI patterns, and maintain design consistency using Tailwind CSS and Storybook.

• Implement and manage state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit.

• Ensure seamless authentication and authorization flows using MSAL and Azure AD.

• Develop responsive web interfaces with cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

• Integrate with OData and RESTful APIs, working closely with backend developers.

• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest for quality assurance.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and release processes.

• Leverage Azure cloud services and participate in container-based deployments using Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement and improve user experience.

• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Specific Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 6 to 10 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development with a strong focus on React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.

• Proven expertise in building responsive, scalable web applications integrated with APIs and cloud services.

• Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiarity with C# and ASP.NET for backend collaboration and API integration.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, reusable component architecture, and testing frameworks like Jest.
