Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with 7–8 years of experience to join our Surat office. This role is pivotal in leading the frontend development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user interfaces, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Location: Surat (In-Office Role) – Candidates must be willing to work from our Surat office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and user-friendly designs.
• Mentor and manage a team of junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing using tools like Jest and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the evolution of our frontend technology stack.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior developers and leading project initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with other frontend frameworks or libraries.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio.
