Job Overview

The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mid-size feature applications, guiding projects from conception to completion.

• Influence application architecture and development strategies with deep expertise in programming principles and digital solutions.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex coding, performance, and design challenges across applications.

• Develop robust, scalable systems by applying advanced knowledge of information modeling, data structures, and algorithms.

• Establish and enforce coding, testing, and implementation standards, ensuring alignment with overall architectural blueprints.

• Drive key design decisions as a Development Lead, leveraging deep technical knowledge and cross-team collaboration.

• Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Optimize development processes and operational environments to enhance efficiency and accelerate project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product development, focusing on software engineering.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

• Proven experience delivering software solutions within an Agile development environment.

• Proficiency in Agentic AI coding platforms and AI-powered development tools (e.g., Devin.AI, Anthropic Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying products leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.

• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, Angular, TypeScript) and full-stack development of scalable, secure applications.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into innovative product features and platforms.

• Proven experience in BDD automation, Test Driven Development and Quality Assurance.

• Knowledge and experience building financial software products.

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent practical experience.
