Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of experience specializing in FastAPI, Python, and ReactJS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in REST and GraphQL API development, front-end frameworks (React Hooks, Redux Store, Material UI, Axios), and databases (MongoDB/DocumentDB) and mentor the Junior Developers in technical aspects.

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Experience with CRM systems is preferred. Strong communication and technical skills to effectively help other members on the team are a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead End to End development of product features.
• Closely work with Architects to implement best coding practices within the product framework.
• Closely work with the development team to deliver as per the plan.
• Closely work with product team to understand requirements. Should have excellent analytical and gap analysis.
• Mentor team members to maintain the quality of deliverables.
• Estimate the effort and schedule for features, enhancements and bugs.
• Closely work with the Scrum Master and/or Reporting manager for any risk assessment and mitigation.
• Conduct peer review to ensure the quality of the code to improve re-usability, extendibility and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve application performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in software development with a focus on full stack development especially in products development.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Python, APIs, MongoDB, DocumentDB.
• Strong Experience in FastAPI development with REST and GraphQL.
• Strong experience in ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux Store, Material UI and Axios.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, adept at communicating with offshore and onshore teams.
• Strong experience with cloud-based applications is required.
• Exposure towards Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to follow these practices effectively.
• High degree of adaptability, capable of shifting focus to meet evolving business and management needs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the efficiency segment of the energy domain.
• Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, or other technologies mentioned in above category.
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams, particularly with US-based entities.
• Proven technical abilities in mentoring high-performing teams.
• Capability to think strategically and integrate broad functional knowledge to address complex challenges effectively.
• Experience in ElasticSearch or OpenSearch is desirable.
• Good to have AWS DevOps knowledge including but not limited to AWS Lambda functions, EventBridge, SES, SQS, SNS, Serverless Services such as Fargate etc.
• Good to have hands on experience in HTML5, CSS 3 frameworks.
