Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end) to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring high-quality code and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Architect scalable backend APIs, microservices, and RESTful services.
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces with React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless user experience.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features on time.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues across the stack.
• Stay updated with the latest development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in React.js (with Hooks, Redux/Context API, component-based architecture).
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, and API development.
• Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or other databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and deployment practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or React Testing Library.
