1. Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (7-10 Years of Experience) .

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in building and managing scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and tools like Node.js, Next.js, React.js, Express.js, Angular, and React Native. You will work on both front-end and back-end systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications using technologies such as React.js, Angular, Next.js, and React Native for the front end and Node.js, Express.js for the back end.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• API Development:
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable seamless interaction between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Scalability and Optimization:
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and efficient load handling.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality through code reviews and best practices.
• Technology Stack Management:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technologies and frameworks.
• Make architectural decisions for new projects and refactor existing systems to improve performance.
• DevOps and CI/CD:
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to set up automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage deployment and monitoring processes for both web and mobile applications.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Ensure robust error handling and system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Core Expertise:
• Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Next.js for back-end development.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, and React Native.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end workflows.
• Database Management:
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• UI/UX Implementation:
• Ability to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and user-friendly web/mobile interfaces.
• Version Control:
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Testing & Debugging:
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Cloud Services:
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for application hosting and management.
• Other Tools:
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, Docker, and containerization.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in building progressive web apps (PWAs) and hybrid mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols like OAuth, JWT, and SSO.
• Prior experience in Agile development environments.
