Senior Full Stack Developer (Part-Time / Equity-Only)

Location: Remote (IST Timezone) Commitment: 5 Hours/Day | 1-Year Contract Compensation: 0.6% Equity Vesting: 3-Month Cliff | Monthly vesting thereafter through Month 12 | No Cash

The Opportunity
We support a robust ecosystem of 5 applications across Web, iOS, and Android. As a Senior Developer, you won't just be "learning" our stack—you will be mastering and optimizing it. You will join a high-performing team of 10+ developers, acting as a technical anchor for our cross-platform products.

Our Tech Stack
Frontend: Expo / React Native (Web, iOS, Android)
Backend: Node.js & MongoDB / DocumentDB
Cloud/DevOps: AWS
Automation: Detox & Playwright

What You’ll Do
Architect & Build: Lead development of PoCs and complex features across our 5 apps, ensuring seamless performance between the Node.js backend and React Native frontend.

Team Leadership: Participate in daily 7 AM IST sync-ups, and technical guidance to the broader team.

Requirements
7+ Years Experience: You must be an expert in at least one of these: MERN or React Native.

Availability: 5 hours per day spread through out the day, the 7 AM IST daily sync, Mon-Saturday

Execution: Proven track record of shipping production-grade apps

Offline Coding Exercises:
A deep-dive technical assignment (3–10 hours) to demonstrate your architectural style.

Live Systems Design(Gmeet): 1 - 2 hr session
Live Coding (GMeet): A 1–3 hour session

CEO Interview: A 30-minute strategic fit and equity discussion.

Equity & Commitment
This is a "Skin in the Game" role. We offer 0.6% equity to align your success with the company’s growth.

3-Month Cliff: We use the first 90 days to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
Vesting: After the cliff, your equity vests monthly. By the end of your 1-year contract, you will be a fully vested stakeholder in the ecosystem you helped build.
