Overview

Senior Fullstack Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in LLMs, Python, MongoDB, LLMs, and agent-based systems. This individual will work independently with minimal direction, collaborate closely with the sales and leadership teams, and play a significant role in the solution design, architecture, and pre-sales demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Software Development
• Participate in regular development of tasks, requirements from client and delivering back to client.
• Work with automation using n8N in achieving business requirements from clients.
• Work with clients up to midnight to support US customers.
• Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions using Python, LLMs and MongoDB.
• Implement and maintain efficient back-end services for virtual calling applications.
• Ensure proper unit testing, code coverage, and documentation across all development activities.
• Pre-Sales Support & Client Demos
• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to understand prospective clients’ custom requirements.

• Prepare and deliver demos showcasing the platform’s capabilities and ROI.
• Offer technical insights, address queries, and gather feedback to refine solution proposals.
• Technical Leadership & Strategy
• Work independently with minimal supervision, defining clear project timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the CTO on architectural decisions, roadmap planning, and overall product strategy.
• Stakeholder Communication
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise information for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to ensure cohesive product development and client engagement.
• Proactively identify and communicate technical risks and resource needs.
• Continuous Improvement
• Stay current with the latest trends in software engineering and development tools.
• Implement and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and maintainability of the codebase.
• Contribute to optimizing and enhancing the platform’s capabilities (e.g., improved integrations with external services).

Technical Expertise:

o Python (6+ years): Strong proficiency in building RESTful APIs (e.g., Flask,

FastAPI, Django), data processing, and automation scripts.

o Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence: Experience with frameworks such

as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

o Familiarity with Voice Agent integrations and AI Agent deployment is a plus.

o Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker,

Kubernetes) is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
