Senior IT Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain-related projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, product, QA, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Manage project documentation, sprint planning, progress tracking, and reporting using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives and implementing feedback loops.
• Ensure projects comply with security, privacy, and blockchain-specific regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a tech or blockchain environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering blockchain or Web3 projects (DeFi, NFTs, smart contracts, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana.
• Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals: distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, tokens, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience working with Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, or similar blockchain platforms.
• Experience with remote, distributed teams across time zones.
• Understanding of product lifecycle in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per month
