Senior IT Support Engineer

Overview

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Senior IT Support Engineer to support our implementation and Post Implementation Works of CCTV Surveillance, Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC), and RFID-based Access Control Systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project execution, vendor coordination, site supervision, documentation, and first-level technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and execution of CCTV, ICCC & RFID Access Control system installations.
• Conduct site surveys, BOQ validation, and supervise installation activities.
• Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and internal teams for timely project delivery.
• Perform device configuration (IP Cameras, NVRs, RFID Readers, Switches, etc.).
• Conduct initial testing and commissioning of systems before final handover.
• Provide basic training to end-users and prepare system documentation.
• Maintain records of material movement, work completion, and daily progress reports.
• Troubleshoot first-level technical issues and escalate where required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and documentation standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Good knowledge of CCTV (IP/Analog), NVRs, VMS, and Video Analytics.
• Understanding of RFID Access Control system architecture (Reader–Controller–Door Lock).
• Basic knowledge of networking (IP, PoE, switches, routing, etc.)
• Familiar with tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and documentation software.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, architectural layouts, and equipment specs.
• Willingness to travel to site locations (as required).
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.Sc in Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in implementation of security & surveillance projects.
• Certification in Networking (CCNA), CCTV Installation, or IoT preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
