Job Description

We are looking for a Java Developer with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. This role demands someone who is not only technically sound but also confident in client interactions, including requirement gathering and project discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Join regular client calls to provide project updates and clarify development goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 or Latest, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions independently and confidently.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile development practices.
