About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot and a solid understanding of AWS and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Build scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment and infrastructure
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decisions

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Good understanding of AWS / cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend applications
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
