Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in building and optimizing high-performance, enterprise-grade backend systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asynchronous system design, performance tuning, and architectural redesign of high-throughput workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise backend systems using Java.
  
• Convert synchronous workflows into fully asynchronous pipelines
  (e.g., MongoDB persistence → background validation → rule execution).
  
• Perform JVM tuning and optimize application performance with respect to CPU, memory, and thread utilization.
  
• Implement and manage multi-threaded and concurrent processing solutions.
  
• Optimize XML generation, transformation, and validation using high-performance libraries.
  
• Conduct performance POCs, benchmarking, and comparative analysis to identify optimal solutions.
  
• Architect and redesign high-throughput form submission and data processing flows.
  
• Identify performance bottlenecks and deliver measurable improvements in latency and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions within tight timelines.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–6 years of strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
  
• In-depth knowledge of JVM internals, garbage collection, and performance tuning.
  
• Strong experience with asynchronous programming models and event-driven architectures.
  
• Hands-on expertise in multithreading, concurrency, and profiling tools.
  
• Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
  
• Strong understanding of XML processing, validation, and transformation performance optimization.
  
• Proven ability to handle complex system redesigns and deliver results quickly.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt and contribute immediately.
