Senior Java Software Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java development
• 2+ years experience in team leadership roles
• Proficient in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Strong in Collections, Generics, REST APIs, Authentication, Multi-threading
• Hands-on with JUnit, Mockito for unit testing
• Familiar with Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines
• Sound understanding of design patterns
• Deployment experience in test and production environments
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers
• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums and sprint reviews
• Ensure application deployments are smooth and timely
• Write clean, scalable code and implement best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical design discussions
• Drive code reviews and ensure high code quality
