What You’ll Do

Build, lead, develop and provide hands-on leadership for top-notch web developers.
Advocate for the team’s technical interests and needs.

Work effectively cross-functionally to drive change and influence product and process decisions.
Effectively scale the team by attracting and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced, high performing team
Instill a culture of automation and engineering efficiency through the use of automated testing and process automation

Demonstrate creative problem solving and analytical skills

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of frontline experience leading a diverse set of candidates across various technologies
Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale websites. Experience building and leading platforms is a plus
Experience developing, deploying, and managing software applications in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
Strong knowledge of web technologies (React.js, Vue.js etc)
Experience with core web vitals and tech SEO
Effectively communicate between teams and within teams to drive alignment and increase effectiveness on delivery
Expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer
Passionate for test-driven development and CI/CD methodologies
Highly collaborative problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Upbeat, adaptable, and results oriented with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
