📍 Remote | 🕒 Full-Time or Part-Time | 📆 3-Month Initial Contract (Potential for Extension)

💰 Compensation: $200–$600/month (Full-Time, based on experience)

🔍 About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Django back-end developer to help deliver and scale our production platform at Hously – the AI-powered real estate platform for tomorrow.

You'll play a key role in:

• Scaling and optimising our existing modules
• Co-developing new features, algorithms, and data-driven functions
• Participating in fast feedback and improvement cycles
• Working independently while collaborating with a driven international team

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 4+ years of professional back-end experience (SaaS background preferred)
• Strong expertise in Django / Python / REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and data structures
• Scalable architecture and design experience
• Good command of English
• Agile development familiarity

Nice-to-Haves:

• Data analysis & algorithm development skills
• Interest in AI / machine learning / computer vision / automation
• Experience with Plesk or server management
• Security-focused development experience
• Familiarity with Postman and clear documentation habits
