Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer with 10-20 years of experience in developing and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in native and cross-platform development, a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to lead projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-End Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced mobile applications for both Android and iOS.✅ Cross-Platform Development: Work with Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, React Native, or Flutter to build scalable and high-performance applications.✅ Architecture & Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient, reusable, and scalable code using best practices.✅ API & Backend Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and databases.✅ UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers to implement modern, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.✅ Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.✅ Security & Compliance: Ensure mobile applications meet security, performance, and compliance standards.✅ Testing & Debugging: Perform rigorous testing to ensure application reliability across multiple devices and platforms.✅ Project Management & Agile Development: Work in an Agile environment, following Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.✔ 10-20 years of experience in mobile app development for both Android and iOS.✔ Strong expertise in Swift, Kotlin, Java, Objective-C, React Native, or Flutter.✔ Experience with Firebase, AWS, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store deployments.✔ Deep understanding of MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.✔ Strong knowledge of SQLite, Realm, or Core Data for database management.✔ Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control systems.✔ Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.✔ Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Augmented Reality (AR), Machine Learning (ML), or AI-powered applications. Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time data synchronization. Familiarity with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose.
