Senior .Net Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong expertise in C# and .NET Core and experience building cloud-native, distributed systems. This role involves designing and developing scalable backend services, microservices, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure while contributing to highly available, secure, and event-driven platform solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications, deployment automation, and cloud-native services.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Mandatory

• More than 8 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+ development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and design patterns.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices with asynchronous programming (async/await).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployments, persistent storage, multi-node clusters, and Helm charts.
• Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ), and eventual consistency patterns.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker/Podman and container orchestration.
• Experience with cloud storage concepts, object storage (S3-compatible systems), replication, backup, and high availability.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases, indexing, and search platforms.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal english communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team environment.

Preferred

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, EKS) or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and enterprise authentication systems.
• Experience with Powershell/Bash scripting and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, metrics, and logging tools.
• Frontend development experience with Vue.js and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of media workflows or the broadcast industry.
• Experience with multi-region and multi-cloud deployment architectures.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core microservices, REST APIs, and dynamically generated GraphQL endpoints.
• Build and enhance distributed storage systems with multi-site replication, versioning, backup/restore capabilities, and high availability.
• Develop Kubernetes deployment automation using custom C# tooling to simplify infrastructure management across multiple deployment environments.
• Implement and maintain cloud-native infrastructure, including container orchestration, service mesh, automated certificate management, and networking.
• Design and develop event-driven, asynchronous distributed systems using messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2/OpenID Connect (SSO) across platform components.
• Develop customer-facing microservices that deliver advanced platform capabilities, including AI integrations.
• Build and maintain comprehensive automated test suites, including multi-cluster integration and validation scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Any graduate/ Postgraduate. Preferred BE &B.Tech.
