Position : Senior Performance Tester/Lead Performance Tester

Experience : 8+ yrs

Location : Pune

NP : Immediate – 10 days

Mandatory Skills : Performance Testing, Neoload (Mandatory), JMeter, Performance Monitor, Performance Engineer.

• 8+ years in performance engineering/testing, with at least 3 years in an architecture or lead capacity.
• Strong experience in Neoload.
• Proven expertise in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficient in monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, Datadog).
• Proficient with profiling tools and techniques for root cause analysis.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, integration with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Deep knowledge of performance tuning for applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Define and own the end-to-end performance engineering strategy across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Lead performance assessments, including load, stress, soak, spike, and endurance testing.
• Define performance benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs in alignment with business and technical goals.
• Lead performance modelling, capacity planning, and workload simulation exercises.
• Develop and implement automated performance testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide detailed analysis and reports to senior leadership, highlighting system bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor QA engineers and guide teams on performance best practices and standards.
• Act as a thought leader on performance optimisation and proactive testing strategy
• Familiarity with networking, caching, queuing systems, and how they impact system performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
