Senior PHP Developer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with strong experience in WordPress development and React JS

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Stack Development:

WordPress: Build custom themes, plugins, and headless WordPress setups. Optimize performance, security, and scalability.

PHP: Develop backend logic using frameworks like Laravel and integrate with WordPress.

ReactJS: Create dynamic, responsive frontends (Next.js experience is a plus).

Cloud & DevOps:

Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront).

Design CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for WordPress/PHP/React projects.

Implement containerization (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).

End-to-End Ownership:

Lead projects from requirements gathering, prototyping, coding, testing, and deployment.

Troubleshoot issues across the stack (server, database, frontend/backend).

Collaboration:

Work with designers, PMs, and stakeholders to refine specs and deliver user-centric solutions.

Mentor junior developers and document technical processes.

Optimization:

Ensure code quality, performance, and security (e.g., WordPress hardening, React best practices).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in PHP and WordPress development (custom themes/plugins required).
• 3+ years of hands-on ReactJS experience (state management, hooks, REST/GraphQL APIs).
• Strong expertise in AWS (or similar cloud platforms) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in WordPress REST API, headless architectures, and popular page builders (Elementor, Divi).
• Database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching strategies (Redis, Varnish).
• Experience with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and debug complex systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
