Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Python Developer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work on scalable backend systems, contribute to product design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient and robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Optimize and refactor existing code for better performance and maintainability.
• Write clean, reusable, and documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in development and production environments.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI preferred).
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery).
• Exposure to DevOps practices or tools (Jenkins, Terraform, etc.).
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as PyTest or Unittest.
• Interest or experience in machine learning, data analysis, or web scraping.
