Senior Python Developer with AI/ML Expertise

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in building scalable applications and a solid background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems and AI/ML pipelines that power our data-driven products.

This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of Python development, software engineering best practices, and modern machine learning frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable Python applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build, train, deploy, and monitor ML models.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production-ready applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Develop APIs and data pipelines to support AI-driven features.
• Optimize performance of applications and ML models in production.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Data Science, DevOps, Product) to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy) and workflow tools (Airflow, MLFlow).
• Proficient in version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Experience with real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Spark).
• Background in statistics and data analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Contributions to open-source ML or Python projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
