JOB DESCRIPTION – Senior SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (Full Stack)

ROLE:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience in modern web application development to build and deliver scalable digital solutions at iQuanti.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements, proposing technical solutions, and developing high-quality applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and performance-driven applications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and an interest in emerging technologies including AI-powered solutions and workflow automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using frontend and backend technologies.

• Build reusable components, APIs, and modular application architectures.

• Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS-based solutions.

• Integrate third-party APIs, analytics tools, and automation workflows.

• Implement AI-powered features, workflow automations, and process optimizations where applicable.

• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, SEO, and DevOps teams during project delivery.

• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Optimize applications for performance, security, SEO, and responsiveness.

• Participate in deployment activities, CI/CD processes, and release support.

• Prepare technical documentation and follow coding best practices.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.

• Strong experience in developing custom web applications and CMS-based platforms.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, REST APIs, and Design Patterns.

• Good with at least one JavaScript Framework like React.js /Next.js etc.

• Experience working with multiple CMS like AEM and WordPress custom themes and plugin development.

• Experience with Git/Bitbucket and deployment workflows.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, automation workflows, and AI integrations is an added advantage.

• Understanding Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of technical SEO and web performance optimization is preferred.
