. Design, develop, and operationalize enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions aligned to the organization's GenAI platform strategy.
. Build and implement AI-powered workflows including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent search, workflow automation, copilots, and agentic orchestration capabilities.
. Develop reusable GenAI engineering patterns, APIs, prompt frameworks, and orchestration components to accelerate onboarding of enterprise use cases.
. Integrate GenAI capabilities with enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, APIs, and operational platforms.
. Build and optimize semantic retrieval pipelines, vector search implementations, contextual grounding strategies, and knowledge orchestration workflows.
. Design and implement prompt engineering and multi-step reasoning workflows using modern GenAI orchestration frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, or equivalent technologies.
. Collaborate with architecture, governance, security, and platform teams to ensure GenAI solutions align with enterprise standards for observability, security, compliance, and responsible AI.
. Support implementation of human-in-the-loop workflows, evaluation pipelines, governance controls, and operational monitoring capabilities.
. Contribute to AI evaluation and testing activities including groundedness validation, hallucination reduction, regression testing, and quality benchmarking.
. Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers supporting enterprise AI adoption across multiple business domains.
. Support deployment, monitoring, optimization, and operationalization of GenAI services within cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.
. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on AI performance, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and platform scalability.
. Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies, orchestration frameworks, AI engineering patterns, and industry best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Design and implement enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures for GenAI platforms and applications.
. Build and optimize semantic retrieval pipelines, vector search implementations, and contextual grounding frameworks.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Must to have:

. Develop ingestion pipelines for enterprise knowledge sources including SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, APIs, databases, and document repositories.
. Define metadata, taxonomy, ontology, chunking, and embedding strategies to improve retrieval relevance and AI response quality.
. Implement permission-aware retrieval and secure knowledge access aligned with enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
. Design and optimize hybrid search architectures combining vector search, keyword search, and knowledge graph capabilities.
. Collaborate with Value Engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate enterprise knowledge into scalable AI-ready knowledge structures.
. Improve groundedness, citation accuracy, retrieval precision, and hallucination reduction across GenAI solutions.
. Maintain knowledge lineage, auditability, and contextual traceability for enterprise AI workflows.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
