Mission of the Role:

To develop and enhance mission-critical C++ software components within the SDV ecosystem by ensuring performance, safety, maintainability, and alignment with long-term platform strategy.

Job Description:

The Senior C++ Engineer - SDV will develop and maintain core SDV software components, contributing to scalable and robust vehicle software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance C++ components for SDV platforms
• Work on OTA/FOTA enablement, middleware, and system services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration and deployment
• Debug complex issues across Linux-based embedded systems
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, Computer Science) with 6+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17)
• Experience with Linux system programming
• Knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, J1939, Ethernet
• Proficiency in debugging (using GDB) and performance optimization of embedded Linux–based distributed systems
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments
• Understanding of SDV and automotive software concepts is a plus
  
  

• AUTOSAR Adaptive, SOME/IP, DDS
• Automotive Ethernet
• Working knowledge of automotive diagnostic protocols (UDS, DoIP, SOVD) optionally with practical exposure
• Exposure to Functional Safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity practices (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434, CRA)
