THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer - FullStack with 4+ years of expertise in building and leading the development of scalable, high-performance full-stack applications. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end full-stack solutions.
- Take ownership of the architecture and development of both front-end and back-end systems for complex web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, Backend, Data Engineering) to create seamless user experiences.
- Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and guiding them on complex development tasks.
- Drive the continuous improvement of software engineering processes, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor and coach team members, contributing to their professional growth and success.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Lead code reviews and design discussions to ensure high-quality software solutions.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the applications.
- Lead and support the deployment process, working with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and advocate for the use of innovative solutions.
- Provide client-facing technical support, ensuring that solutions are aligned with business goals and client requirements.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack development with a proven track record of delivering complex web applications.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Extensive experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and the ability to design scalable database architectures.
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-based deployment architectures.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience in guiding and developing engineering teams.
- Expertise in version control systems such as Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, integration, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing performance, ensuring cross-device compatibility, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, provide strategic technical guidance, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn and implement new technologies.
