Key responsibilities:
1 - Design, develop, maintain, and support IT solutions focusing on performance improvement and DevOps automation.
2 - Develop code and deliver business outcomes aligned with future state architecture (FSA).
3 - Troubleshoot defects and implement sustainable solutions.
4 - Collaborate with end-to-end teams from requirements analysis to production rollout.
5 - Interact with a global team to design and implement strategic solutions.
6 - Build sustainable software with high quality, reusability, scalability, and supportability.
7 - Participate in Agile and DevOps processes for continuous improvement.
8 - Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and global teams.

1 - Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Java 8, SpringBoot, Microservices, JUnit, and Maven.
2 - Mandatory skills: Java and SpringBoot or Appium/Selenium Automation.
3 - Preferred: Native Mobile Platforms (Android/iOS), GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube, Checkmarks, Splunk, AppDynamics, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
4 - Pragmatic approach to modular and extensible code development.
5 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
6 - Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
7 - Good interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
8 - Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
