Overview
We're looking for a passionate Sr. Software Engineer (SDE-3) - Java to lead the development of scalable microservices for our IDSS platform. You'll solve complex challenges, optimise system architecture, and collaborate with teams to drive innovation and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable microservices in Java for our IDSS platform.
- Lead code reviews, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Own end-to-end product development, from requirements to solving production issues.
- Drive innovation and help shape the future of the product, playing a key role in company growth.
- 5+ years of Java development experience, with expertise in microservices and distributed systems.
- Strong skills in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Proven ability in system design, scalability, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Leadership experience mentoring teams and driving successful project delivery.
