About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, and GraphQL . This is a remote opportunity suited for someone who is passionate about backend development, scalable API design, and writing clean, efficient code.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express.js

● Build robust GraphQL APIs that serve frontend and mobile applications efficiently

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

● Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

● Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to improve code quality and architecture

● Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

● 3–4 years of proven experience in backend development with Node.js and Express.js

● Solid understanding and hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs (Apollo Server or similar)

● Strong knowledge of RESTful principles and API integration

● Familiarity with version control tools such as Git

● Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)

● Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

● Ability to write unit/integration tests for backend services
