Your Role

• Focus on front-end coding as a primary responsibility, developing robust and scalable solutions with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate other engineers to implement front-end solutions that address customer needs, balancing technical complexity with delivered value.
• Participate in team discussions, planning, and decision-making to improve workflows and ensure collaboration.
• Implement new features while maintaining and enhancing components, services, and ensuring high-quality standards with unit tests.
• Integrate with backend external APIs through a variety of frontend clients.
• Contribute to ongoing refactoring efforts, ensuring the codebase adheres to modern technical standards and best practices.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript driven frontend development
• Front-end test-driven development familiarity leveraging frameworks such as Jest and Karma.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 2+ and TypeScript
• Experience with RxJs and knowledge of reactive programming with proper lifecycle management.
• Experience with writing and maintaining services that integrate with RESTful APIs.
• A strong drive to learn, take on new challenges, and turn ideas into reality through ownership and follow-through.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Design, and Product, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with continuous refactoring efforts to maintain a modern and efficient codebase.
• Familiarity with AngularJs, JSP, Ajax, and jQuery.
• Experience with other frontend technologies such as Apache Stripes, React, Vue.js, ThymeLeafe, and/or Apache FreeMarker.
• Experience with frontend tooling such as Webpack, ESlint, NX, and/or NPM.
• Frontend refactor experience or AngularJs to Angular upgrade experience.
