Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be instrumental in leading and executing critical software projects, mentoring engineering teams, and driving high standards in software delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with strong skills in frontend technologies like ReactJS.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can make pragmatic technical decisions, oversee project execution, and actively contribute to designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Strong frontend development experience with ReactJS.
Solid understanding of OOP, Data Structures, and Software Design Patterns.
Proficient in developing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Extensive experience with SQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Experience with TDD, including writing unit and integration tests.
Proven ability to make technical trade-offs and decisions beyond immediate team scope.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to AI/ML basics, statistics, and data science is a plus.
