Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions in line with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in robust scalable software, tech stack, e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
