Overview
- Develop and implement AI-driven reporting solutions to improve data analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Integrate AI models and algorithms into reporting solutions to provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
- Optimize data models and reporting processes for performance and scalability.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and reporting technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret AI-driven reports.
- Consult with the Data & Analytics team and Reporting Factory developers to build the required data infrastructure needed to host and run Reporting Gen Ai solutions

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 7-9 years overall experience; 4+ years of professional experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions
- Proven experience in developing AI-driven reporting solutions.
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Azure cloud platforms like, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Experience / involvement in organization wide digital transformations preferred
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in reporting.
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics best practices.
