Senior Software Engineer(Backend)

Skills:

Languages & Frameworks: TypeScript, Node.js, Python

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (S3, SQS, etc.) and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform

AI Development Tools: AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine), LLM-based development enhancements

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain highly scalable backend applications and APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and Postgres.
• Utilize AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to enhance development speed, improve code quality, and ensure system reliability.
• Design and optimize systems for high scalability and performance as the business rapidly expands.
• Integrate third-party services and external APIs to extend platform capabilities and enhance functionality.
• Develop and maintain internal tools that streamline fulfillment operations, internal workflows, and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and frontend teams to quickly deliver high-impact features and improvements.
• Ensure that backend systems are secure, well-documented, and thoroughly tested to meet industry standards.
• Move quickly and iterate on features, ensuring rapid development and deployment without compromising on code quality or system reliability.
• Address complex technical challenges and effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making
