Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in PHP development with strong expertise in Core PHP and frameworks like Laravel or Zend or Yii or CodeIgniter or Symphony.
- Proven experience in developing scalable, custom applications with a deep understanding of application performance.
- Experience of MySQL or PostgreSQL, including database optimization and performance tuning, along with proficiency in web servers.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript frameworks like jQuery or Angular or React along with HTML and CSS with experience in frontend integration for modern web applications.
- (Optional) Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms for scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of web application debugging, and issue resolution in complex systems.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and communicative, with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
