Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies to help design, build, and maintain complex web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating scalable and high-performance web solutions, as well as a passion for learning new technologies and solving problems. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and implement innovative software solutions that meet our business needs.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications.

Responsibility

• Drive the full-stack development of internal applications, mainly using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Design scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Contribute to technical architecture decisions and engineering standards
• Implement REST and GraphQL APIs to interface with enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, and GitHub
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, performance, and observability
• Mentor peers and junior developers to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Assist with backlog grooming, estimation, and agile planning
  
  

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of modern web frameworks
• Experience integrating with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, or GitHub using APIs
• A firm grasp of CI/CD practices, GitHub workflows, and automated testing
  
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI integration, LLM APIs, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or GTM domains
• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS), Docker, and infrastructure-as-code
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
