These team members will,
a. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs and contribute to documentation of the same, in Stories.
b. Develop & implement highly responsive UI components using React concepts and the front-end architecture to support user interface concepts as required by Stories.
c. Showcase strong knowledge of typescript, flow or prop type and modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON web token.
d. Ensure proper unit testing using utilities like Enzyme, frameworks such as Jest & react testing library.
e. Ensure proper integration testing using frameworks like Karma.
f. Provide support for business simulation, user acceptance testing & other relevant activities.
g.Stay plugged in to the emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
h. Perform standard documentation as per the Story requirement(s).
Minimum qualifications
1. A tenured and up-to-date proficiency in JavaScript, preferably with the ReactJS framework.
2. Strong understanding of testing (unit, integration, e2e) and type checking tools, including Jest/RTL/Typescript
3. Familiarity with various styling methodologies, including CSS and CSS in JS libraries
4. Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Bonus qualifications
1. Understanding of automated testing using Cypress/Cucumber/Gherkin
2. Understanding of microfrontend and microservices architecture
3. Understanding of modern build tools such as Vite, microbundler, parcel
Role Description
Front-end Software Developer with a tenured proficiency using React in Agile teams environments.
Additionally, resource will have experience unit testing and using common unit testing tools (Jest and React Testing library or Enzyme), as well as, experience with Typescript (or Some Strict typing library like Flow)
