Position: Senior Software Engineer

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or Exposure to any ERP platforms experience. Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI designs and developer handoff.
• Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, customer journey maps, process flows, information architecture, and site maps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and design standards.
• Ensure consistency of user experience across multiple products and platforms.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and design rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Incorporate stakeholder, customer, and usability feedback into design iterations.
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and user-centered design best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B eCommerce applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
• Experience designing complex product catalogs, search, filtering, and purchasing workflows.
• Understanding of the lighting domain is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
