Job Description:

iResolve Services is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Software Tester (QA Engineer) to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, and a passion for delivering bug-free, high-quality web and mobile applications. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance before reaching our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project requirements and specifications to develop test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Conduct manual testing for web and mobile applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to identify, document, and track bugs.
• Work with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, or other automation frameworks.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and product reviews in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure timely delivery of quality releases by working closely with the development and project teams.
• Provide regular QA reports and assist in improving testing processes.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
• Experience with web and mobile application testing across multiple browsers/devices.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Trello, TestRail, etc.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within fast-paced, agile development cycles.

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to assist with UI testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Software testing: 1 year (Preferred)
