Job description:
- Expertise in managing Office 365 environments, including mailing and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy creation,
- Endpoint backup solutions.
- OS updates, and software deployment infrastructure.
- Have understanding and working knowledge on Intune, Azure and Virtualization technologies.
- Day to day configuration management and operations of firewalls, switches and WAN technologies.
- Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design, support, and setup network. Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
- Extensive knowledge of deploying and troubleshooting L2/L3 Multilayer Switching protocols VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP, MLAG
- Experienced with various dynamic routing protocols, specifically BGP and experienced with IPsec VPN, Route management using PBRs.
- Monitor support tickets from start to closure
- Must be able to work flexible shifts to support the local users .
- Assist other support team members in the other locations as required.
- Support other operations, infrastructure and security/compliance projects as required.
- Escalate all IT issues to management in a timely manner
- Document operational procedures and process as required
- Evaluate and respond to situations that may occur causing major issues
Qualification:
- Preferred Tech Graduate
- At least 8-9 years of total IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience with IT Helpdesk/Service Desk management in Enterprise environment
- Strong coordination skills to work with multiple cross functions
- Proactive and creative, Attention to detail, Excellent research skills
- Excellent English communication skill (both Written & Verbal)
