Senior Technical Business Analyst - Director- Business AnalysisWe're seeking someone to join our FRPPE Tech team as a Senior Technical Business Analyst , in Risk Technology to Project Cortex is as a Risk & Finance Data Quality Acceleration Program. Its primary goal is to improve the quality of critical risk and finance reports by focusing on data cataloguing and control requirements. This program involves collaboration across multiple divisions including Fixed Income, Equities, Operations, Wealth Management/Investment Management (WM/IM), Risk, and Finance

This is Director Position that analyzes business processes, identifies needs, and establishes requirements to enhance efficiency and productivity through a blend of business acumen and analytical skills.

What you'll do in the role:
Over 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in investment banking.
Extensive knowledge of front-to-back (F2B) trade flows and systems across various asset classes.
Experience with Risk & Finance data aggregation is a plus.
Proven experience in leading projects that involve front office stakeholders.
Strong business understanding of multiple asset classes, trading capture, risk, finance, and operations.
What you'll bring to the role:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation and creativity, with the ability to independently manage tasks and collaborate effectively with global teams.
A strong history of delivering large-scale, cross-divisional programs involving senior stakeholders and governance forums, including the ability to maintain plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
Comfortable working in an agile team, and liaising with a cross-divisional, cross-functional squad.
