Primary Responsibilities

- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Manage execution of Release Train activity for current program increment and planning for PI+1
- Provide guidance to release train on execution of committed deliverables sprint on sprint
- Drive planning activities of Product Owners and Delivery Managers in Backlog grooming and Feature Definition
- Proactive status reporting on delivery to plan
- Issue tracking across teams and facilitation of roadblock removal
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master/RTE role with 4+ years of experience
- Experience with Rally software and MS Project
- Ability to define project scope, deliverables, schedules and tasks
- Ability to estimate Project duration and resource requirements
- Ability to identify and communicate project risks
- Ability to liaise between clients, technology and vendors
- Ability to manage Agile team activities (Sprint Planning, daily SCRUM, retrospectives)
- Ability to handle complex technology projects and support program level execution
- Ability to participate in architectural discussions for large scale migrations
- Ability to collaborate with application teams to ensure business functionality and SLA
- Ability to monitor Project status and manage resources, Finances, and scope.
- Solid organizational planning and analytical skills
- Proven excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience with USP and technical project handling
- Well-versed with agile frameworks and methodologies
