Position Purpose

Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team’s goal.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Understanding testing principles and practices
• Mandatory work experience in Automation Testing (TestNG, Selenium)
• Mandatory work experience in Manual Testing
• Expertise in Agile process
• Mandatory work experience in Postman Automation
• Exposure to AI tools in market and leveraging it to testing activities
• Team handling
• Mandatory work experience in bit bucket, Jenkins
• Mandatory work experience in DB automation testing
• Ability to plan, design, and execute test cases.
• Able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
• Should have functional Specification Analysis Experience
• Work in close co-ordination with functional test team to Analyse test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.
• Closely work with Dev teams/BA to resolve technical & business issues and to develop a good understanding of the project and testing objectives.
• Must have good analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively with IT teams as well as Business Teams
