About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to develop our Web capabilities, creating a way for customers to access their Tala account through a web browser.

What You'll Do

• Integration into the technical front end group.
• Reduction of incidents stemming from lack of knowledge transfer.
• Transformation into subject matter expert
• Positive contributions to peers in terms of onboarding, day-to-day help, PRs
• Increased satisfaction among clients (Product, Program)
  
  
  

What You'll Need

• 7 years of experience in Web development
• 3+ published web apps
• Web Development & Code modularization experience
• Unit testing & Integration testing experience
• Adept at using Gradle, Jira, Git, Github & Jenkins
• Excellent communications and a track record of leading change within an engineering organization
