Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Web3 Blockchain Developer to join our growing team of decentralized systems engineers. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals with experience building smart contracts, DeFi applications, stablecoin architectures, and systems that integrate with AI/ML services and cloud-native APIs.

As a key contributor, you will design decentralized products that are secure, scalable, and intelligent—for real-world use cases across banking, commodities, trading, supply chain, robotics, and digital identity.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain Development & Architecture

• Architect and implement decentralized systems on EVM-compatible blockchains (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum).
• Design secure and gas-optimized smart contracts using Solidity, Vyper, or Chaincode.
• Lead development of stablecoins (collateralized, algorithmic, hybrid) and on-chain financial primitives (swaps, vaults, staking).
• Implement secure wallet integrations, digital signatures, and multisig/DAO voting systems.
• Choose appropriate consensus models, network types (public, private, consortium, hybrid), and validate tradeoffs.

Web3, AI & Trading Use Cases

• Build AI-integrated dApps for automated trading, predictive analytics, and portfolio management.
• Design AI-triggered smart contract executions using cloud and on-chain data pipelines.
• Implement data streaming and decision layers for real-time event-based finance.
• Work with quants/data scientists to translate ML models into on-chain/off-chain hybrid systems.

Full-Stack Development & Cloud Integration

• Develop user-facing decentralized apps using React/Next.js, with wallet and smart contract integration via ethers.js.
• Connect blockchain apps to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for indexing, compute, and identity/authentication workflows.
• Use infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices to deploy scalable Web3 backends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Technical Expertise

• Blockchain Architecture: Deep understanding of decentralized systems, consensus algorithms (PoW, PoS), Merkle trees, and blockchain data structures.
• Cryptography: Proficient in public key cryptography, key management, hash functions (SHA-256, Keccak), and encryption standards.
• Smart Contracts: Strong background in Solidity development and smart contract lifecycle (design, test, audit, deploy).
• Distributed Systems: Knowledge of peer-to-peer networking, node synchronization, and permissioned/permissionless systems.
• Data Structures: Mastery of linked lists, hash trees, graphs, and other blockchain-native structures.
• Programming Languages: Strong in Solidity, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and familiar with C++, Rust, or Go.
• Web Development: Skilled in front-end (React, Next.js) and API integration layers, especially for Web3 dApps.

Applied Experience

• 5+ years in software development, with 2+ years in Web3/blockchain.
• Experience building applications for DeFi, trading platforms, or crypto wallets.
• Familiar with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle) and security best practices.
• Experience with AI/ML tools (OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow) and cloud-native orchestration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), Layer 2 protocols, or cross-chain communication.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or DAO governance tools.
• Familiarity with Substrate, Solana, Cosmos SDK, or alternative consensus ecosystems.
• Hands-on with tools like The Graph, Moralis, Infura, Alchemy, and Web3 storage systems.

Pay: ₹14,867.69 - ₹64,359.94 per month
